Thistle is a Wikimedia server from the September 2005 hardware order. As of November 2005, it is a slave database server. It was named after the species of plants Thistle.

- 04/19/07: Ran memtest, passed 6 passes.
- 02/10/07: Driver issue, FC5 loads fine. Loaded and online for dev completion.
- 02/09/07: Mainboard/CPU crash any tests run on them or any 64 bit OS installs. Need to place call with SM for replacement.
- 10/25/06 Solar: server racked and ready.
