Most DRAC/LOM/IPMI/whatever should be reachable at ''servername''.mgmt.pmtpa.wmnet etc. Servers srv81-150 do not apparently have drac capability. (Servers srv121 through srv145 have ip addresses for management listed in racktables but they aren't pingable there; the rest don't even have that. Apparently 120-145 had IPMI and it was disabled. Was anything put in its place?)

[edit] Interface

Most DRAC/LOM/IPMI/whatever should be reachable at servername.mgmt.pmtpa.wmnet etc. Servers srv81-150 do not apparently have drac capability. (Servers srv121 through srv145 have ip addresses for management listed in racktables but they aren't pingable there; the rest don't even have that. Apparently 120-145 had IPMI and it was disabled. Was anything put in its place?)

[edit] DRAC

Most of the Dells have a remote management interface called DRAC. There's some docs at drac#Lights Out Management.

The most important command!

  • racadm serveraction powercycle

[edit] IPMI

Some of the old SM boxes have IPMI. Is this still functional?

See IPMI#Cheat sheet
