Logs

Logs of several sorts are generated across the cluster and collected in a single location replicated on some machines. For instance:

• exception log: fluorine:/a/mw-log/exception.log

  You need this to get more information e.g. if you get a useless error "Fatal exception of type MWException".

• fatal.log on fluorine
• thumbnail.log
• slow-parse.log on fluorine (since May 2012)
• /var/log/l10nupdatelog/l10nupdate.log for LocalisationUpdate
• and more on fenari:/var/log/
• swift-backend.log on fluorine
• swiftcleaner-incremental-* on iron:/tmp/
