- Scheduling: If you see a potential conflict with your upcoming deployment, please e-mail ops@lists.wikimedia.org to discuss.
- Communicating: Every major or new feature deployment should be announced on the Wikimedia blog; you can ask Guillaume (gpaumier@wikimedia.org) for support. For routine and maintenance deployments, listing them here is enough.
- Schema changes: must be asked on the page before the deployment.
