Close a wiki
From Wikitech
In order to lock a wiki, do the following:
- Add the wiki to /home/wikipedia/common/closed.dblist
- Remove the wiki from groupOverrides and groupOverrides2 in InitialiseSettings.php
- If you didn't modify InitialiseSettings.php in the previous step, run touch /home/wikipedia/common/wmf-config/InitialiseSettings.php to trigger the update of the config cache
- sync-common-file closed.dblist
- sync-file wmf-config/InitialiseSettings.php
