Automated installation

Mark is working on an automated installation system for Ubuntu server, using the Ubuntu installer and preseeding.

Outstanding issues

• Automatically select the right cluster and use its corresponding preseed file
• Partitioning
• Server kernel by default
• No console on /dev/tty?
• Static IPs with info from DHCP
• NTP servers
• sysctl.conf
  • LVS
  • net.core.somaxconn
• mcelog
• security.ubuntu.com
